Description

1. Hi - Chrome Castings

Hi - Chrome Castings have the unique property of being Higher Wear Resistance, Higher Temperature Resistance, and Higher Resistance to Corrosion. Meanwhile, High Chrome Casting can ensure better toughness and strength of the castings.  Normally we manufacture High Chrome Casting which contains Carbon: 2.0-3.6% and Chromium : 11-30% in all the grades as required by the customer’s specifications and applications. Such High Chrome Castings are widely used in Stone Crushers, Cement plants, Steel plants, Mining Machinery, and Road Construction Equipment. Products we manufacture are Jaw plates, Hammers, Impact Liners, Blow Bars, Grate Bars, etc.

2. Manganese Steel Castings

Manganese Steel Casting is made by alloying steel, containing Carbon: 0.70 to 1.45% and Manganese: 11 to 19%. There are 7 Grades for Manganese Steel Casting in which we deal as per the customer's requirement. Manganese Steel is a unique non-magnetic steel with extreme anti-wear properties. The material is very resistant to abrasion and will achieve up to three times its surface hardness during conditions of impact, without any increase in brittleness which is usually associated with hardness. This allows Manganese Steel Casting to retain its toughness. Most steels contain 0.15 to 0.80% manganese. High-strength alloys often contain 1 to 1.8% manganese. At about 1.5% manganese content, the steel becomes brittle, and this trait increases until about 4 to 5% manganese content is reached. At this point, the steel will pulverize at the strike of a hammer. Further increase in the manganese content will increase both hardness and ductility. At around 10% manganese content the steel will remain in its austenite form at room temperature if cooled correctly. Both hardness and ductility reach their highest points around 12%, depending on other alloying agents.

3. Mild Steel Castings

Mild Steel castings are used when iron casting cannot deliver enough strength or shock resistance. Examples of items that are steel castings include hydroelectric turbine wheels, forging presses, gears, railroad truck frames, valve bodies, pump casings, mining machinery, marine equipment, turbocharger turbines, and engine cylinder blocks. Steel is more difficult to cast than iron. It has a higher melting point and greater shrinkage rate, which requires consideration during mold design. Risers should be given more capacity to draw from as the metal cools and shrinks. Cast parts often require machining to achieve accurate tolerances and desired surface finishes. Carbon steel is the easiest type of steel for the machine.

4. S.G. Iron Castings

Ductile iron, also known as ductile cast iron, nodular cast iron, spheroidal graphite iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, and SG iron, is a type of graphite-rich cast iron. While most varieties of cast iron are weak in tension and brittle, ductile iron has much more impact and fatigue resistance, due to its nodular graphite inclusions. Ductile iron is not a single material but part of a group of materials that can be produced with a wide range of properties through the control of their microstructure. In ductile irons, graphite is in the form of nodules rather than flakes as in grey iron. Whereas sharp graphite flakes create stress concentration points within the metal matrix, rounded nodules inhibit the creation of cracks, thus providing the enhanced ductility that gives the alloy its name. We manufacture S.G. Iron Axle Hub for trailers and tractors. And other castings for Automobile and Agriculture Industries in different grades of S.G. Iron.

5. Stainless Steel Castings

Stainless steel is an alloy of iron that is resistant to rusting and corrosion. It contains at least 11% chromium and may contain elements such as carbon, other non-metals, and metals to obtain other desired properties. Stainless steel's resistance to corrosion results from the chromium, which forms a passive film that can protect the material and self-heal in the presence of oxygen. We are able to offer various types of Heat Treatment Trays which are required for continuous and batch type Heat Treatment Furnaces for Normalizing and Annealing Jobs, to our valued clients at very competitive rates in HK, HN, HU Grades or any other grade according to customer specification.
